Terms and Conditions
Prior to Registration
Please verify the requirements for classes you wish to attend by checking the appropriate course description. Prerequisites for classes may require that you complete specific coursework or have equivalent experience, pass a test, or bring certain materials or equipment to class.
Full payment information is required when you register for a course. Registrations that do not include payment information cannot be processed. We accept credit cards, checks, and purchase orders.
After receiving your course registration and payment information, we will send you confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation will provide course information as well as a visitor's guide, which provides directions to our facilities from local airports, plus local restaurant and hotel listings in case of classroom courses.
PLEASE NOTE: Merit Career Development reserves the right to change course prices at any time. Confirmed registrations will be honored at the original confirmed price.
Courses on this web site may be changed or cancelled. In case of change or cancellation, registered students will be notified at least 10 business days in advance of the scheduled class start date.
Merit Career Developemnt Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given on cancellations up to two weeks prior to the beginning of a class. Cancellations received within six to nine days prior to the class are subject to a charge of 50 percent of the course fee. Cancellations with five or fewer business days' notice will be charge the full course fee. Students who do not attend their scheduled class are responsible for the entire course fee.
