Sandi L. Dinger Sandi Dinger brings her expertise in diversity and transformational leadership to our roster of subject matter experts at Merit Career Development. A frequent presenter at conferences around the country on the topic of workplace teams, she also consults with organizations ranging from sports teams to manufacturing plants.

As an Associate Professor at The College of Saint Rose, in Albany, New York, Dr. Dinger designs and instructs a variety of courses including Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Diversity Management, Labor Relations, Leadership and Business Ethics.

Her Doctorate in Management/Organizational Behavior from Binghamton University, State University of New York includes a specialty in Teams, Leadership and Diversity.

Sandi maintains active memberships in multiple professional organizations including the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Association of Talent Development (ATD), formerly the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the North American Society for Sport Management and the Institute for Behavioral and Applied Management.
